The shoes here are great, but the service from Chris was incredibly unprofessional. He dressed sloppily and acted like I was bothering him by asking for shoe recommendations and a foot scan. I love the walking shoes I walked out with, but I found them in spite of his poor service, not because of it. I expected the exceptional service my friend received here a few weeks ago, but left feeling very let down.
