I visited the store to get better shoes for walking and running. I got to work one on one with an employee there, and they did a free scan of my feet to identify factors to consider when selecting a shoe. Good shoes are pricy, but I got out of there for less than $200 and I have a really good pair of shoes that I’m happy with.
Zach H is the most knowledgeable representative I've ever worked with. he did a fantastic job knowing the exact Brands and models of shoes to recommend based off of my unique foot scan results. I used AI to research specific brands and models of shoes that were comparable to the one I was already wearing before I even went into the store and he was spot on right off the top of his head. I went to Fleet Feet for the first time by the recommendation from my doctor. The minute I walked into the store Zac helped me through the process of purchasing a new pair of shoes. Zac is very knowledgeable and was patient with me and answered all my questions.
A fantastic store that shows great appreciation for their customers. Always someone there to help with any questions. 5/5 recommend.
I came in for my son to get him fitted as he had a bone bruise last year from running. They were great and got him set up with shoes and insoles at an amazing price. I found a pair that were super comfortable for me as well. The staff were great even though they were super busy.
