Great experience both times I was in-store prior to purchasing shoes. First time January 2026, told the sales associate I wasn’t buying that day and only looking into which shoes would meet my needs. No problem! She scanned my feet to learn what they needed physically, went through the results with me and answered my questions. I visited the store to get better shoes for walking and running. I got to work one on one with an employee there, and they did a free scan of my feet to identify factors to consider when selecting a shoe. Good shoes are pricy, but I got out of there for less than $200 and I have a really good pair of shoes that I’m happy with.
Zach H is the most knowledgeable representative I've ever worked with. he did a fantastic job knowing the exact Brands and models of shoes to recommend based off of my unique foot scan results. I used AI to research specific brands and models of shoes that were comparable to the one I was already wearing before I even went into the store and he was spot on right off the top of his head.
