Staff greeted me immediately coming through the door, offered to measure my feet and do a stepping test thing. Then they brought out several options based on what I told them I was looking for, helped me narrow things down some. Wasn't going to knock a star off for this, but my only criticism would be that the only options they had for carbon-plated shoes were Nike.
