From the moment I opened the door, I was immediately being assisted with kindness, compassion, and knowledge. The young lady who helped me had me in the perfect pair of shoes within 15 minutes. Best shoe purchase I’ve ever made.
This was not my first issue with customer service at this store, but it will be my last visit. On a recent visit, I was initially sold insoles in my correct size and told they would help with my condition. After they made my symptoms worse, I returned to the store and was told that insoles are not made in a size 14 and was offered a size 13 instead.
