I contacted the FF team, and they had the exact info on file, ordered a pair for my husband’s Christmas and even kept the deal a surprise. Some of the best customer service I've EVER experienced!!! Seriously, this store is amazing. They truly care about you being in the best shoe for your feet. I've been blown away by the customer service. Went in recently after having some foot pain and they re-fit me and exchanged my shoes, no questions asked. No matter if you are a runner, walker, whatever... they take the time to listen to you and make sure you have the right fit. I will not go anywhere else for running shoes. This is the new place I will continue to get my sneakers with my orthopedic in it to help my foot back and knee! I was able to walk around in Sam’s club yesterday with my new kicks and was so proud of myself! I’m a scooter riding sista, but no I was determined to walk that store and I did!
