I got my first Brooks addiction from Run On Texas 20 years back at the Mockingbird location. since them I have moved around the country and back in Dallas. The only place where I would go to buy running shoe is Fleet feet (formerly run on) - their expertise on selecting the right shoe - every sales rep knows what their customer needs and very passionate about running shoes and apparel. Went to the Frisco store and experience was no different, they have a few options and went with the Brooks Ghost Max - amazing fit as always
Molly was the absolute best! As someone who knows nothing about shoes, she was not only extremely knowledgeable but great to talk to! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an easy, enjoyable shoe buying experience!!
Terrible experience. We showed up 40 minutes before close. We had to wait 30 minutes to be helped. We were told they only have 10 minutes before close and couldn't help us. The manager Julis said she had to leave. They little boy that was helping us decided develop a serious attitude demanding we leave the store as he couldn't work late, and he brought us the wrong shoes. Julia finally stepped up to do the right thing but not until the child employ had his temper tantrum.
Molly was fantastic! She's the best sales associate I've had at any Fleet Feet. I've done the foot scans before but I wanted to do it again to be sure. She really took the time to find the right shoe for me - while explaining each shoe during the process. I came in for a refund/exchange, not even a new sale, and Molly still took great care of me. Highly recommend her!
One of the best retail experiences one can have. All staff are attentive, knowledgeable and eager to help without being pushy!
