I bought a pair of Fleet Feet tennis shoes in 2023. I love them. They are still in good shape and the bottoms have little wear. Usually after a year the bottoms of my tennis shoes are so worn on one side, I have to get another pair. These I bought because I wanted a newer pair, and my wife has a bad ankle and needed a good pair for standing and walking at work, and I wanted her to have the best.

The staff was great, even remembered my running nickname. The store had gloves on hand even though it was summer and there would probably be few sales for a few months.

I would have preferred to see all of the options available to me based on my assessment so I could make an informed decision from the full selection. Instead, the associate presented only three options to choose from, which limited my ability to evaluate all the available choices and select the one that best met my needs.
