Needed a new pair of walking shoes, something to reduce heal discomfort and Keri was so helpful getting proper fit, evaluating my stride etc and making recommendations. Time will tell but after my first two walks I notice reduced heal and foot discomfort. I haven’t bought shoes in a while so a bit of sticker shock but I guess everything has gone up. Hopefully get 3-4 years out of this pair and the added comfort encourages me to walk more.

My 75+ year old father and mother have bought shoes from this store for a few years. Both my parents walk 10k+ steps per day, so we encouraged them to buy quality shoes. They also helped my dad when he had an issue, recommending braces to alleviate pain and get him back to his walking. My dad bought another pair of shoes in June. He passed away and this store was willing to return them as they were within their 30-day policy. My mother and I were so impressed with their kindness. Amazon doesn’t offer that level of support. My husband and I were in the market for shoes and decided to go here based on a friend's recommendation. The technology they offer to measure your feet, check your stance and gait are pretty cool. We learned more about our feet than ever before. They brought us each 3 pairs of shoes to try, based on the computer's recommendation from the findings. We were greeted upon entering the store. Pamela was our customer service rep and she was awesome. We went in for a foot analysis for myself and my husband and ended up getting buying shoes, insoles, and socks. She talked us through the entire process. Finding the right shoe and sizing can be challenging and she stepped up to the plate and accepted the challenge.
