We had such a fantastic experience with Kaya at Fleet Feet! She fitted both my husband and me and immediately discovered that we had each been wearing shoes that were 1–1.5 sizes too small, something neither of us realized. Kaya was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. What impressed us most was how much insight she had into the differences between brands and models, and how she used that knowledge to find shoes that worked for each of our individual needs
The Associate that assisted me was Very Knowledgeable & Friendly!!! I was only trying on Shoes for Size, but he was aware of that!
Had a problem with Sketchers pressing on a nerve on top of my foot. Spoke to Sophia at FFD who suggested I try 3 options after scoping my feet. Took all the time necessary to compare the three and found the best one. Sophia did a fantastic job. Was very knowledgeable.
