I’m back! Updating to say I’ve worked with Zack the last couple times I’ve been in and he has been so helpful! His knowledge about the shoes and how they work for different runners is astounding! I’ve been shopping at Fleet Feet Deerfield for over five years. I recently bought a pair of running shoes at this location. The salesperson ordered the color I wanted and had them shipped. When I payed for them she said I could try them on the treadmill and if they don’t work out bring them back. When I went to return them today I was told since they were on sale they were “final sale.” My salesperson never told me that when I checked out. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Zach, the manager, was very helpful and listened to my needs. Hope they all get a raise.
On 3/19/26 Went in with my daughter. She's very picky usually it takes a few stores to find something she likes but Not this time! This was one and done. Thanks to Nicole & Dan! they worked with her through the whole process. Would definitely recommend this place especially moms with teens! thanks again.
