We recently purchased the monthly plan. What a joke!! First the app doesn't work. Been there 7 times and got 3 washes. Go inside and the two SENIOR women were rude and unhelpful. Call the store manager Sharla and nothing. On top of this, when it worked...no Soap. The rocket scientist who was there this time said it must be frozen. It is inside and 38 degrees.
