Just came out of wash. Bought the top of the line wash. My truck was still 50% dirty. The rest of the truck still had soap residue on it. Not impressed in the least.
Went through the car wash on February 28 and got a soft touch car wash. The wash wasn't working correctly. The brushes kept stopping and starting and it skipped the rinse cycle entirely. A couple hours after the wash I noticed as cluster of scratches on my drivers side door in an area about 12" x 9". I stopped at the wash later and they refunded the cost of the wash and took pictures of the damage. Finally talked to their insurance representative and they will not cover the damage.
