We brought in tires we wanted put on our truck. Once the truck was up & the guys took a quick look they came in and told us we needed upper ball joints. Have used this Fleet Farm multiple times over the years for routine maintenance on my vehicles and have always had great service. At my last visit, I had trouble getting my truck hood to stay closed. Dana and a team member stayed late to get the issue fixed, in the rain even, so I could get home safely. Amazing customer service.
My wife’s SUV had a small nail in the tire. I discovered the tread was pretty low called the store. Tracy was very knowledgeable and asked questions to determine the right tires and the best deal for my vehicle. He was also able to get me set up for an appointment right away made the entire experience very easily and stress-free.
