Needed a battery in a pinch for my truck. Ken went above and beyond customer expectations to make it happen with a obviously busy shop. 10/10.
Took my truck there to do tire rotation. I made it clear to the guy at the counter to be careful of the rims. They ended up putting dings in the rims, one rim was really bad. I contacted them and they said the video shows no damage was done. I asked to see the video and they refused to show it to me. Looks like the side of the impact left the dings in the rim or a socket was dropped on them. I drive a lot for work. I need a lot of oil changes and often at the last minute. They are always so nice and do their best to get me in. It’s always a relief to call and have them be so accommodating.
