Only used it the auto center when I worked there plus the lady that was at the auto front desk ginger is always a hoot to talk to only down fall is there booked far out sometime would only go there for reasonable tire prices when they have discounts on tires
I used their online scheduling for an oil change. I got there and they told me that they changed my appointment to 1pm instead (I had an 8am). She said she gave me a call and left me a message but I did not receive any voicemail or message. She said that online, it allows you to schedule appointments that are not available.
