Called September 30th to make an appointment to get my brakes done, the best they could do was to get me in today (10/8) for a brake inspection, they never said that it will be any kind of charge for the inspection. I arrived today they tried to charge me 40 dollars. Not doing business with people like that.
This store is absolutely amazing. They have everything you could possibly need for any type of animal except reptile/fish. They have a ton of stuff for hunting and everything you could possibly need for outdoors. They have a large clothing, selection, shoe collection and a nice clearance area. Scheduled appointment a week in advance to drop off vehicle for tire rotation. Only one person working the desk and I waited 15 minutes to check in. When I got to the counter to check in I was told I don’t have an appointment and that they couldn’t fit me in that day. No apologies or attempt to rectify error on their part. I used to take my four vehicles there for service and now will take them elsewhere as they’ve lost my patronage due their poor customer service and organization.
