We had an appointment for 1 week to get new breaks. "Manager Nate decided to take the day off so we can only do the front breaks today." The back breaks are the bad breaks. " Sorry we can't help." For the record, the back breaks are metal on metal. That is how they want me to drive, with 3 little kids in the back of my suv.
