The BEST ID office I have been to, and I've been to a few that gave me a bit of trauma. These ladies healed some of that, quick, nice, efficient, with a candy bowl.
The staff at this location are some of the nicest people I have dealt with in our entire 38 years with the military. So helpful and kind. Kudos to every one!!!
I can only speak about the ID card office, but I was delightfully surprised about the service I received at this location. I did not have an appointment. Understanding that I might have a long wait time as the appointments take priority, I decided to give a walk-in a try. I showed up two hours after they opened and was able to get a new CAC and leave within an hour, which was surprisingly fast given my walk-in status. Opens at 8am. Accepts walk-ins until up to capacity which they determine, usually about 11am. This is mostly dependent on what day of the week and how busy they are.
