I have a gift card and went to use it. Reader says it expired, which is weird because state law says gift certificates/cards can't. So I have a card with $130 in it I can't use. They literally got money for nothing.

Sent my son for an oil change. No biggie. Thought MAYBE $40 tops. He called me and said they wanted to know what kind of oil, I’ve never been asked that, so I said typical oil. $89 later. Will never go back.
Horrible ever since it’s been under new ownership. You’re constantly harassed about getting the monthly plan. The new chemicals do not work as well, no AAA discount and to top it off my wife had to go through 2 because it did a horrible job, they did not apologize and made her wait behind 5 cars.
