Sat for 3 hours and they were still unable to get ahold of a technician to came out. Horrible communication.

I was heading back home from hunting trip down Southern Wva when fuel pump went out on my diesel pickup truck just before New Market exit in Va. Looked up 24hr towing services and I called "Fleet Care Inc. Phone rang,rang,rang,rang,rang,rang,rang. Nobody never did answer so the advertising "24hr" service must not be true. So had to call a towing service that actually does "24hr service " they were towards Broadway , Va lol. So Fleet Care Inc gets a 1 star rating for advertising 24hr service and not even answering the phone ... read more
