I'm very disappointed with their service dept. The details of my complaint would take up too much space to get into, in this forum, but suffice it to say that in diagnosing and repairing my Kubota L3010, a tractor they have been servicing for at least ten years, the service dept. failed to fix the engine problem it went in with, and failed to keep me informed of the repair progress.
