Used these guys for over 9 years to get my fleet going, they used to be the best. After the last interaction I'm done. First they hung up on my face, then I decided to go there with my springs to get them serviced. I called they said they close at 6:00 pm. After 40min drive I get there at 5:15 & they're already closed The guys at the shop told me they can't do anything. I'm going to city spring on Parsons road & they treated me like a king. That's what I call the worst costumers service ever.
Very poor customer service. It seems the parts guys don’t want to work. Very rude parts salesman specially the old guy sitting in the corner with glasses
Great team, manager is awesome.
It says online they are open till 5.30. get there and 5.10 and the doors are locked. There was another customer at the same time and we all weren't happy when you make a special drive out.
Got a rear clip changed on a truck here, was quoted 6-9000 max for the job... let them do it, and the bill was 20,000 by the time it was done, some brake shoes and odd parts added to the bill as per usual - so easily can see it ending up closer to the high side of the estimate, but no, nothing can justify over double the high side.. not unless it got the entire rear ends redone, which was not done, not even oil changed on them... but better yet- they messed up on the drive shaft measurements and has it 1" too long which even... read more
