Guys on counter are rude and always pissed off not helpful at all except one guy seems like east indian , they behave like they hate to work at parts counter

8 days after they had my truck in for CVI I had to repeatedly call them to find out that they've looked at it but haven't started it yet. I advised that it is really needed and they lead me along all week just to say on Friday that it still has the same repairs needed as it did on Wednesday. Driver has been in a hotel for 15 days and still no CVI. Slowest service ever. Absolutely painful trying to get a dam update. Will never ever go there again.
