My experience started with an employee that was 'no nonsense' and by the book... but Summer saved the day! She listened to my situation and determined she could reach to the DMV for a photo copy of the Title I provided to them. As it turns out the DMV made a mistake. I hope Summer rubs off on the others there, as I see other reviews mentioning the more hard nosed approach at this location.

Terrible experience! They refused to accept my legitamate documents, direct from a respected dealer. They wanted the "original copy" of bill of sale.. Most dealers keep them, and by way if I were to try to attempt to "forge a bill of sale" I certainly would'nt have put down $3250 for a 1999 Chevy truck...i would have made it say $500!! I went to the MVA, they could'nt take me without appt. But reccomended Dave's Tag & Title. I went there, had ZERO ISSUES. Will deal with them in future. Fleet, or Express? or? Talk about professional, they were the nicest and friendliest people to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The two ladies that were there were very efficient and worked with you to get it done. NOTHING LIKE THE MVA !
I did an out of state title transfer, tag, and registration in less than ten minutes for a reasonable fee. MVA should just go out of business! It would have taken them that long just to explain what I wanted to do before they give you a number, and then you get to sit for 2 hours and wait for next available teller.
