Friendly and super fast… I will never use the MVA again!
Terrible experience! They refused to accept my legitamate documents, direct from a respected dealer. They wanted the "original copy" of bill of sale.. Most dealers keep them, and by way if I were to try to attempt to "forge a bill of sale" I certainly would'nt have put down $3250 for a 1999 Chevy truck...i would have made it say $500!! I went to the MVA, they could'nt take me without appt. But reccomended Dave's Tag & Title. I went there, had ZERO ISSUES. Will deal with them in future. Fleet, or Express? or? Talk about professional, they were the nicest and friendliest people to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The two ladies that were there were very efficient and worked with you to get it done. NOTHING LIKE THE MVA !
I did an out of state title transfer, tag, and registration in less than ten minutes for a reasonable fee. MVA should just go out of business! It would have taken them that long just to explain what I wanted to do before they give you a number, and then you get to sit for 2 hours and wait for next available teller.
Nice, friendly people. I was better prepared when I entered. No wait. I went early and that also helped.
