Friendly people with the intention of helping all their customers. I offered to pay in advance for work and they said we don't want your money upfront until the job is done correct. Make sure you never pay a body shop or contractor until you get completed work. Stand up guys who seem like they genuinely enjoy work.
Had someone back into me at my work. Was able to go in for an estimate that day, and only took a few days to repair. The repair to the bumper I was happy with. But I also had them fix a little rust while they were at it on the quarter panel. They couldn’t warranty the rust, so for $500 they said they would fix it, was not expecting a month later for it to come back.
