They do amazing work at a great price. This is the only place i feel comfortable / confident taking my vehicle to. Good people that take pride in their work.
Terrible service. Came onsite with loose lugs and tires wobbling. Service called and said the bearing need to be replaced. Too much play in the tire. I asked my technician to talk to the service writer. Well the service writer became irritated and told us he would tighten the lugs and send us on the way as his experience of 20 years can prove the bearing needed to be replaced. Guess what. I had a great experience at Vance & Tire Alignment. I spoke with the manager, Ralph, beforehand and instead of trying to sell me a new tire, he suggested a more affordable fix to save me money. When I came in, everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish. Ralph went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. I really appreciated the honesty, especially compared to another place that gave me different (and more expensive) advice. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Im an older woman looking for tires for my truck. I expected them to try to sell me all kinds of BS that I didn't need. They did find a bolt that was missing the nut. They replaced it and and sold me new tires. My truck doesn't shake anymore and the tires are awesome.The customer service is outstanding. I recommend this company everyone.
