Tom is the best there is - full stop. We had been struggling to find someone qualified to work on our insulated bucket trucks and digger derricks. To the point that we were getting ready to trade one in because we could not get it operating correctly. One trip to Tom and the guys at Fleet Advisor and the truck has not missed a beat since. There is absolutely no reason one of your drivers should be tailgating me on I25 forcing me to go 20 over the speed limit.
