Where to start. #1 Austin listens. We had a vision and it clicked between us immediately. He puts himself in the buyers shoes with good mind on the seller. He has a great eye for well built homes and puts himself in the buyers shoes (seller too). We were on the buying end. He took the sales part out of selling.
