Karyna did my lashes and she did an amazing job! I waited a few days before leaving this review because I wanted to see how my retention would be, and I’m so impressed. I got a hybrid set, and not a single lash has fallen out yet. What I appreciated most was that she took my facial features into consideration and customized the set to complement them. The result was beautiful, natural, and exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

This was my second time booking with this business. Before rescheduling my appointment, I called because I specifically wanted to avoid a cancellation fee. I explained that if a fee would apply, I would keep my original appointment. I was told my appointment could be moved, so I agreed to reschedule. Afterward, I noticed I had been charged a cancellation fee. When I contacted the business, I was told it was their policy. My first time doing anything to my lashes and I loved it. The space is beautiful and Mali did an amazing job lifting and tinting my lashes. I will definitely be coming back.
