After a really unfortunate haircut that left my hair shorter than I wanted and just not cut well. Bliss went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my hair extensions. As a first timer, she took time to explain everything, and answer all of my questions. She took extra time to have me come in to ensure I had the right color and texture extensions.
