Incredible experience at the worst of times thanks to Vern was on my way home from Oklahoma to Arizona. Somehow the turbo failed right outside of New Mexico. I called fleece Performance. They had a brand new turbo overnighted to me and got us back on the road again, I can’t say enough nice things about this company. They really seem to pull out all the stops and do everything in their power possible to help the customer. Just want to say thanks to the fleece team, but especially Vern!!!! I’ve gotten parts from Fleece over the years and have had no problems whatsoever. I recently ran into some trouble on a new part I got so I called them and talked to Vern. Vern was fantastic and within 3 hours everything was sorted out. This inconvenience will not change my mind on this company, things happen and they handled it great.
NEVER AGAIN! In late July 2024, I had a Fleece Cheetah Turbo installed on my 2012 RAM 3500, Cummins 6.7 deleted truck. 5 months later I lost the engine brake. I called the dealer I purchased it from, took the truck by and he put it on his computer. My Truck never threw a code and No codes showed up on their computer which puzzled, Mark, the owner of the shop I got the turbo from. Received an oil drain line for my turbo. The nipple that goes into the block is 20 thousands bigger than the nipple I removed. Sent pictures. Vern emailed me back saying " clean the surfaces it fits tight" well I cleaned scraped and sanded the surface and it still doesn't fit. I sent this statement in a reply email. It's been 2 days and no reply. You guys got my money so who cares right...... Nice way to run a business. Extremely disappointed in Fleece.
