Left a review back in february about poor parts and poor communication with this company. They told me to take my review down and I would get a new turbo free of charge. So i did. 3,200 miles on this turbo and same issue just happened last night. To say i am pissed is an understatement. Had to throw my turbo that has 230,000 miles on it in to get the truck back on the road. Very unreliable parts from this place. 10/10 do NOT reccomend. Once again if i could leave 0 stars i would!

So I'll share the details because they matter; I ordered a part through DDC on a crunched timeline with the expectation that if the part didn't work, I'd be screwed, but the part is for my truck so why wouldn't it? right? The turbo return line was listed as fitting my truck by fleece which is true and also false. I received it pretty fast, tried to put it in the truck and was met with a part that sure as hell did not fit. so here i am at 9pm trying to put this part in for the next day and increasingly getting more irritated ... read more
