We hired Fleck after discovering a mold issue in our crawlspace. Adam was very easy to deal with and the foreman, Kevin was excellent - clearly took pride in his work and did a great job cleaning our crawlspace with his crew. They were also very respectful of our home and careful not to leave any damage when setting up and tearing down the containment set-up.

The asbestos busters! We had a situation in our house where we found vermiculite in our ceilings, and ended up with a stop work order from WorkSafeBC. We hired Fleck to do the abatement based on the consultants report. They did such a thorough job. The team were beyond amazing, professional and caring. I used Fleck to remove asbestos containing material for a renovation and I was very pleased with their level of service and professionalism. Chris, the owner, was timely and responsive with his estimate. Kevin, the foreman, did a great job on the demo and was very professional. The work was completed in a timely manner with no overages. I highly recommend them.

This was the second time we have used Fleck Contracting for some basebuilding, interior demolition work. They were ahead of schedule and under budget. There is really not much more you could ask for. I highly recommend them.

Chris and his team are great to work with. Anytime we have asbestos and/or mold removal work, it’s always completed on time and on schedule. Can’t expect any more from their crews. Between maintenance and capex work, they take care of everything in between. Outstanding service from Vancouver’s best asbestos contractor.
