Due to take delivery of a new Kia K4 beginning of March as part of a trade in deal. At the same time I needed a last minute hip operation, which meant I could not drive. A quick phone call to Ralph, the Sales Manager, averted what could been a difficult situation. The handover was put back to the end of the month with the same trade in values maintained and James, the Salesman, delivered the care to my home. Customer service does not come any better than this, many thanks to all concerned!
