I had my lashes done for the first time ever at Flutters Lash because of the great reviews, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Holly was very nice, and her customer service was good. I also showed her a picture of the lash style I wanted, but unfortunately, the final result looked very different from what I had requested.
