It's a scam. The website, the messaging service, the app. Everything. If you're a bride, run and don't bother. Find someone decent on insta as Flayr will take your money and make you run around in circles trying to get a deposit back.
Everything seemed fine when I started with this pathetic company. Businesses can't even give them a low review, otherwise your account will be suspended. Not useful for service providers. Exploitation to next level. You'll get an email from Subhega that will say that they will take legal actions against you if you don't remove that negative review. Well delete my account, I don't want it suspended, I want it removed from your database. 😡
Won’t return my or transfer my deposit for a service cancelled within an existing booking off the balance of the booking which is still going ahead. They hold onto your money as a “credit” and won’t return it. Terrible communication.
Definitely recommend flayr stylist they done amazing work for me and my mum make-up last all night everyone didnt know it was us thankyou.
