Do not use this company misleading with their non refundable deposits. Be cautioned I wish I read all these reviews first!

Beware of this company, I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment 6 weeks prior and knew that my deposit would be credited to my account (I have no issues with this) however, upon trying to make another booking for another event which had a much lower deposit, the company will not put the remaining money towards my appointment and advised that I can only use that money for deposits. Disgusting customer service and will be advising everyone I know to not go through this booking system.

As a makeup artist, I would assert that this platform is not worth it in terms of customer service. Their policies do not adequately support makeup artists, as they fail to consider both sides of the story before taking immediate action, such as suspending a makeup artist's account and posting a 1-star review. What's worse is that even when they realize it's not the makeup artist's fault, they neglect to remove the damaging 1-star review, which has significantly harmed my profile.
