We hired Attorney Steven Flaxman for a 30‑minute advisory session costing $450, expecting meaningful guidance on a termination agreement related to a serious breach of habitability by our landlord. Steve charged me $400 for a 30 minute consultation and then he made me wait 2 weeks for that consult. I am dealing with an abusive landlord but I do not think this guy or this firm is worth the amount of money he is charging.
