The only good thing I found about this lawyer was his quick response time. Over all, I regret hiring this individual. He encouraged me to sign a settlement release which would release my landlord of medical liability in order to receive my own deposit back. I have significant damages and ongoing medical issues and I lived in a unit with black mold.
