I just started going to Dr. Flax. He made me feel comfortable and at home immediately. He is very personable, honest, and a perfectionist. He completed my crown the other day. He explained the process and he uses state of the art equipment. My crown fit perfectly! I feel like it’s hard to find a good dentist, so he now has a loyal customer!
I can only speak of my first experience there, not his dental work. When I called to make the appointment, I confirmed with his secretary: "I have ___insurance, do you take that?". Her response, "Yes, we take___". I made the appointment. On my union's dental insurance website, he was also listed on a link to a PDF as a participating provider. Very little waiting for the appointment, which is a refresher from waiting 30+ minutes in an office for a scheduled appointment at other offices. Dr. Flax has been my favorite dentist for over 10years. He is upfront about my dental care and very knowledgeable. He has resolved some dental issues and taken such great care of my teeth!!! I recommend Dr. Flax as he is kind and courteous and listens to how you feel. He is willing to work with you and get you to feel better! the wait time in his office is minimal.
