Great,delivery was very fast
Geoff provides the best customer service every time I place an order or visit the store. He is very knowledgeable and always provides great recommendations. I absolutely love this store! The prices are always cheaper than the competitors that are larger companies.
I am giving a 4 star review as my order was packed and sent promptly with lots of samples and lollies. They were honest in refunding me for a cream that has expired. However, 2 of my items were missing from the order. While I understand the challenges of managing numerous online orders, overlooking this issue is unacceptable. As a first-time customer, I am genuinely disappointed with this experience eventhough Flawlessness was quick to respond and refunded me for the missing items.
I asked my boss if I can leave early on Monday but the store was not opened and I waited but there was no employees I tried to open the door but it was locked
