I ordered a vape kit from them and the vape was not working/defective. when I inquired about returning this item, they said I could return it for a refund, but needed to pay for return shipping and would not provide any kind of shipping label so I ended up paying for the shipping from the initial order and sending it back, but the item was defective, which was not my fault. It seems very unreasonable that they would not provide a return shipping label being they sold me a product that was defective!
Purchased 4 of their mystery bundles and upon receiving them had 19 of the same thing. Their customer service is a joke. I informed them of what they did I was told it happens when you purchase multiple bundles and they only had 1 mystery bundle. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM
Was pretty solid till they sent me expired ejuice. Then after emailing them about it they tell me to send an email to another address. Still not responding to emails... better off ordering from www.eightvape.com or elsewhere. Better prices and legitimate ejuice (not expired).
They sell defective items and leave you with the defect. I will never buy from them again!!!!!
A week ago, I was proclaiming my eternal love for Flawless Vape to everybody I know. Today, I am writing a one star review. A lot can happen in a week. I'm not sure what it is with vape distributors, but every single one I've bought from, a list that now includes Flawless, seem to lure customers in with amazing prices, and then one or two perfect shipments before everything starts tumbling downhill fast. Poor customer service The product is great. The only version of "tank" available for the VPC that allows you to use your own fluid instead of a pod. However, customer service is wishy washy. I ordered 6 packs of this particular item and received 5. Customer service keeps telling me that they are out of stock and have no projected date for it to return to stock... let's go ahead and note the website says in stock. Very rude, I do not recommend to anybody
Very rude, I do not recommend to anyone.
So after I put in my card information it ask me to post a picture of my I.d which I did not have on me at the time so I was going to go back and post it. My card was ran I did not receive a confirmation number or anything I just got off the phone with one of the girls she said the payment was pending which doesn't make since because the money is already off my card. The girl was very rude had a attudie amd was not helpful. I do not recommend!!!
