I was in need of a loctitian and got referred here by a trusted friend. I booked my appointment online three weeks in advance. Then, just a few days before my appointment, I get a message from the owner saying she doesn’t do locs and that I should book with someone else. The next available appointment wasn’t for weeks. Imagine the stress of having to walk around uncomfortable with your hair that long! The right thing to do would’ve been to reach out as soon as I booked, not days before. Very clean and welcoming business. My locs are always thoroughly washed and comfortably retwisted/styled. Truly recommend to those with locs or those who wish to start their loc journey.
Comfy and serene very welcoming…She is seasoned stylist she loves her craft and as a result her clients leave happy and beautiful!
