My experience is very similar to another one another reviewer, Denise Donnelly, wrote about in her review 5 months ago: The manager advertised a payment plan as a membership for multiple facials over time. This is NOT what it was! It was actually a personal loan financed through Connexus. I realized this after my first facial once the first loan payment hit a month later, at which point I asked the spa to cancel it. The spa employees kept telling me, "you have to speak to the manager," but he put me off for the next 2 weeks.... read more
