From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The facial itself was fine, but the customer experience was not. I felt pressured to buy products, pressured to book another appointment, and after canceling, I received repeated messages about it. I was also charged a $50 cancellation fee despite being told it would be waived. The lack of professionalism and inconsistent communication completely turned me away as a customer.
