We had some shingles come loose and fall off the house, so I did my research and contacted Flawless Roofing. I left a message, and Sterling, the owner, called me back within a couple of hours. He came by the next day—this guy really knows his product and was able to answer every question we had. Originally, he estimated the job could be done around May or June, but with the weather looking iffy, he rearranged his schedule and was able to fit us in almost immediately. Extremely professional operation! Top quality materials and experienced team members provided us with a new roof for our barn, then eavestroughs, metal fascia, downpipes, gutter guards AND most attractive finishing touches to our much loved historical home. I would highly recommend Sterling and his dedicated staff for 'any' and 'all' your roofing needs!

We were very pleased with all aspects of our new roof installation. Sterling, Matt and team were very responsive to any issues or questions that we had both before and during the installation. The admin team was also most helpful during the entire process and ensured that our warranty was registered properly with the manufacturer. The before, during and after pictures also provided additional value that we appreciated. We would recommend Flawless roofing without reservation.

We left a message in the morning with our inquiry and Sterling returned our call within a few hours. He called back even though his service did not address our reason for the call. Instead, he spent his time to give us advice from his experience and didn't try to refer someone or ask for anything in return; so we decided to leave a review as thanks.
