Sterling came by today to quote on a roof leak. It turns out it was the rubber membrane on a flat part of my roof. Although they don’t do flat roof membrane, Sterling was exceptional, taking photos for me and spending his time explaining the issue. Definitely recommend, as this is the way he treats people who they can’t even do the job for!!! Thank you!

We had some shingles come loose and fall off the house, so I did my research and contacted Flawless Roofing. I left a message, and Sterling, the owner, called me back within a couple of hours. He came by the next day—this guy really knows his product and was able to answer every question we had. Extremely professional operation! Top quality materials and experienced team members provided us with a new roof for our barn, then eavestroughs, metal fascia, downpipes, gutter guards AND most attractive finishing touches to our much loved historical home. I would highly recommend Sterling and his dedicated staff for 'any' and 'all' your roofing needs!
We were very pleased with all aspects of our new roof installation. Sterling, Matt and team were very responsive to any issues or questions that we had both before and during the installation. The admin team was also most helpful during the entire process and ensured that our warranty was registered properly with the manufacturer.
