When I saw my rug again, the rich colors immediately popped. The wool is incredibly plush and soft underfoot once again. Amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. Thank you flawless team, for the excellent service!!
Finding reputable oriental rug cleaners who know what they're doing is so difficult nowadays. I'm glad this place is around, as they definitely know how to handle delicate heirloom pieces.
I’ve used other cleaning services in the past where the rugs came back feeling stiff and soapy. These rugs came back perfectly soft, fluffy, and residue-free. Highly recommend them to my friends in the neighborhood!
Our dining room rug takes a serious beating from dropped food, spilled holiday drinks, and scraping heavy chair legs every day. They brought it back from the brink of total disaster and made it look pristine for our upcoming family gathering. I'm incredibly impressed by their thorough cleaning process and their amazing attention to the smallest details. The colors are popping again, and the fabric feels so clean and fresh for our guests.
Amazing attention to detail and they even managed to straighten out and whiten the fringes perfectly.
