The results were excellent. The rug looks much more even now, and the overall appearance improved more than I expected. Awesome cleaning performance!!
Excellent experience. They treat your rugs like fine art and use eco-friendly products that extract the moisture from the rugs so efficiently that there is no musty smell left behind.
My puppy chewed up one entire corner of my prized geometric tribal rug. I was heartbroken. These guys picked it up and completely reweaved the corner of the rug to match the rug's pattern. You cannot even tell where the damage was. These guys are incredibly skilled at what they do.
The team of Flawless Oriental Rug Care was very professional and took great care of my rug. The pick-up was smooth, and I received regular updates about the cleaning process. When my rug was delivered back, it looked like new! The colors were more vibrant, and it was so soft to the touch. I really appreciated how easy the entire process was, thanks to their free pick-up and delivery service. I’ll definitely call them again!
