Was referred by a friend of the owner and called to inquire about about using their service. Whomever answered the phone ask for my name & # and said someone would call me back soon. Got a call back about 15 mins later from someone that I could barely understand who turned out to be not an employee of theirs at all, but rather someone they had just passed my # along to that said that he would be out the next day and specified an arrival time.
