Customer Service is a joke! They charge $50 if you reschedule an appointment and then commence to require payment in advance. I thought I was doing something complaining on Amy. Judy aka manager defended Amy for not rescheduling an appointment but instead charge $50 same day reschedule for a 4 minute $35 procedure. a major formal complaint has been filed against this business through the bureau of business in LA, their conduct, professionalism and integrity is to be appalled about and my family are taking them to court. disgusting ridiculous awful pathetic people. these people will pay swear to GOD and the medical director will equally go to court. For those who want a reliable service who will treat you right, this service for no reason whatsoever, no motive and no logic decided to discharge me as a client with no explanation, nothing at all. worst company ever. discrimination and basically banning me for no reason. did nothing wrong, showed up always on time paid my sessions and thats it. i did nothing wrong and they were horrible to me. i emailed them 6 times asking why, explanation and for any information and nothing not a single reply.

I love this place! I have been getting my laser hair removal, they are affordable and most importantly very good at what they do. I also have started getting botox for my gummy smile, it works wonders! After each visit I feel so confident of myself, 100% recommended!
I've been having laser treatment for the last few months and I am in heaven! No more shaving!! Yay! I love Flawless and all the girls that work there!
