F3 is a one-of-a-kind fitness experience. We create workouts scaled to meet your fitness level. We’ve recently added an additional 600 sq ft of space to accommodate more individual spacing during class. Class sizes are 6 people max to allow for more individualized instruction and assurance that all exercises are accomplished safely for maximum effect. She is awesome. She pushes me to my limits but in a few short months with some surgery setbacks I have went from barely able to do 25 lbs weights to 60 lbs and my endurance has increased tremendously. It's very satisfying

For years I've been going to the gym and spending 45-60 minutes a time wandering aimlessly through the machines.
