I called Flawless Flow late in the evening when my hot water tank stopped working and it was so refreshing that someone actually answered the phone!!! We scheduled a service call for the next day and after figuring out what the issue was I was given the option of replacing just the part that was broken or the whole hot water tank as it was 20 years old.
