Great customer service! Services are explained thoroughly. QUICK as well. Thank you ladies. Edit: been coming here since they opened, really depends on who you go to but I always make sure to stick with one lady. Hard to catch her but when she’s there it’s always top tier!!

I didnt get her name but shes blondeish. She did mi brows and it was the first time i tried threading and tinting. I really liked it, I will go to her àgain.

*stick to doing your own eyebrows* Was not greeted at all. Not a very welcoming environment. To charge $16 to get my eyebrows threaded, certainly not worth it. Did not get it shaped or trimmed. Just threaded the outer strands of hair. Will definitely just stick to doing them myself, as I hoped to get a break because I thought I would’ve had better results.

I'm going to start when I came in I didn't get no hello or how you doing but just a stare she was helping someone I get it....it take a second say hi but other that ask a question she didn't answer so I lift n I came back and I told her I ask you a question n all she said was I was with customer yeah but you could have stop and answer real quick but she really missed my eyebrows fr damn I was being nice everything n she rude when my wife ask her questions

Not entirely sure how to rate it, since it was my first time getting a full face threading,a threading at all I asked if I should've washed off my makeup, but she went through with it. Is that a bad thing? Anyways, the lady working asked me to hold my eye at the beginning, but didn't ask for the other side. Hopefully, my eyebrows aren't uneven
